After a regenaration day, I did a lot of sprint, gates and weights training the next to days. At my spints in the evening I almost everyday cross the line of some Wallabies or Kangoroos! We also did some internet shopping and odered my X-mas present, a brand new carbon fork for my bmx. We wanna get it ready to race!

I'm really sorry that I'm that lazy by writting my blog, but I while racing I oft don't have internet and while I'm at home I spend all my time (when I'm not at work) with training.
So I really try to up date my news and get my blog entries more regular!!

After awesome Austrian Championships where I got 1. and beat Caroline Buchanan in the international race there, I was a bit dissapointed in Fort William, cause I only got 7. in 4X and 13. in DH. But that results haven't been that bad, cause I was ill and had fever there.
So, healthy again I was looking forward to go to Maribor, cause I love the tracks there.
I did really good in the 4X qualifying: I got 4th with hitting the gate in my run.
Result
So I'm stoke for my 4x race tomorrow!!!

World Cup Andorra 15.-17.05.09
That was not my weekend in Andorra. Fist it started not to bad with a good 5th place in fourcross qualification. i felt pretty good an the track, cause it was in some part like a downhill.
But than came the first run of the finals. I had a really bad start and Caroline Buchanan went in front of me. So I thought "Ok, I'm in second, just follow to get in the next round" and I went just bihind her. But in the first corner Caroline suddenly breaked that much, that I was really suprised and could brake in time. I hit her back wheel and chrach. So out in the first round!!
Also DH didn't went good. I had a normal run, but got only 18th on the track, that I didn't loke at all and didn't qualified last year.
That was the onlygood thing that weekend (and the party)
So now we are alredeay in Winterberg, looking forward for good race!!

World Cup La Bresse DH 07.-10.05.09
After a bad run in the qualification I got 15th and was pretty happy that the gap to the top 5 wasn't that big. I thought without that big mistake I could get a really good result in the final. So I pushed my run really hard in the final and it felt pretty good till that point I got a flat back tire after 2/3 of the race. So I just went down as fast as possible and finally got 16th.
So I'm looking forward to Andorra, cause I think my DH form is not that bad!

World Cup Houffalize 4X 02.-03.05.09
After missing the first world cup in South Africa, I was really nervous before the race started. I was on my new 4X frame for the first time, but first training went petty good.
With a bad qualification run, I got only 7th.
So after the second round I got really bad starting positions almost no chance to get in the lead. And in my semi final I got even a flat tire on the finish section, so we had to rush not to miss my small final run. I was really stressed when I got to the start, but at least I got 6th. So not that bad!!
